Bridge Loans
2 to 3 year loans floating over LIBOR, funded up to 100% LTV with a minimum DSC of 1.00. Loans are interest only, nonrecourse and can be prepaid in full after the first 12 months. Exit fees apply, but portions may be waived for refinances into our permanent products.

Mezzanine Loans
5 to 10 year fully amortizing loans floating over LIBOR, funded up to 90% combined LTV with a combined minimum DSC of 1.10. Loans are nonrecourse secured by the equity ownership of the project and can be prepaid in full after the first 12 months.
